Online shopping

Conveniently make your purchases on MyGesp directly from our website. The articles are categorized into macro categories, each of which is divided into further categories and subcategories. Each item is carefully described and identified by an enlargeable image.

Telephone Purchases

You can make purchases by telephone by calling the number 3534652117 from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 18.30, excluding public holidays. Before placing your order, make sure you have the codes of the desired items. Telephone orders will only be taken via item code.

Prices Displayed

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

Availability of Items

The availability of the items is indicated as follows:

  • In Stock: The item is readily available in our warehouse and ready to ship.
  • Out of stock: the item is not currently available, and restocking will take place based on the indicated availability.

The order is considered valid at the time of payment, and from this moment the indicated replenishment times begin to run.

Issuance of a Copy of the Order or Accompanying Invoice

The goods are sent to the buyer with free packaging, accompanied by a copy of the order or, upon request, the invoice. The invoice request must be made after entering all the data in the cart.

Right of withdrawal

MyGesp recognizes the right of withdrawal in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206/2005. The deadline for exercising this right is 14 days from receipt of the goods. For further details, please see the "returns and refunds" section.

We accept different payment methods:

Payments by bank transfer

  • Owner: Panero Enrica
  • Bank: BANCA SELLA S.P.A.
  • The shipment of the goods will take place immediately after the online credit notification from our bank, usually requiring 2/3 working days.

Payments by Credit Card and PayPal

Payments by credit card and PayPal are processed on protected circuits. We accept all VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards. In case of order cancellation or partial refund, a credit will be made to PayPal or your credit card.

Cash on delivery payments

Cash on delivery payment is made directly to the courier at the time of delivery, accepting only exact cash amounts corresponding to the order amount.
